4.2. Upon full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive, perpetual license to use the video for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We are not liable for playback issues caused by your devices or software that do not meet our technical recommendations.
5.2. We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure events beyond our control.
